 Yoga starts up again January 29.

Call to sign up for either Wednesday morning or evening. Minimum class requirement so let us know right away! First class will be Wednesday, January 29. Six weeks - $72.  Either 8:30 AM or 5:30 PM.

Instructor: Martina Smith who teaches the Kripalu method known as "meditation in motion." Martina focuses on different positions to assist different parts of the body, often working to help various chakra and ending each class with a prolonged deep relaxation period.
